火箭舵机用直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统的研究

摘    要:根据火箭的飞行原理和推进器的作用,比较了火箭舵机用阀控电液伺服系统和直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统的各自特点。文章给出了直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统的组成、原理和特点,并对其进行了相关的理论分析和计算机仿真。研究结果表明,用直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统控制火箭舵机的执行机构,其性能指标能够达到火箭飞行执行标准,并具有可靠性高、节能高效、操作与控制简单、小型集成化等诸多优点,对它进行研究有利于我国航天事业的发展,具有一定的重要意义。

Abstract:Based on a rocket's flying principle and the propeller's function, the characteristics between the valve control electro-hydraulic servo system and the direct drive volume control ( DDVC) electro-hydraulic servo system for a rocket rudder were analyzed and compared respectively. DDVC electro-hydraulic servo system, including its configuration, controlling principle and speciality, is theoretically analyzed, modeled and simulated. The results show that DDVC electro-hydraulic servo system can meet the requirements when it is used to control a rocket rudder. DDVC electro-hydraulic servo system has some advantages such as high reliability; high energy-saving efficiency; simple operating and controlling; small integration, etc. So studying of DDVC electro-hydraulic servo system is of great significance for development of national space technology.
