基于PROFIBUS-DP的电液伺服网络控制系统

摘    要:
采用PROFIBUS-DP对电液伺服系统实现分布式控制。详细论述了PLC在系统中的配置以及PROFIBUS-DP系统的组成,给出了DP通信的软件实现方式。该集散系统通信速度快,可靠性好,具有很强的抗干扰性。最后对液压缸进行了位置运动控制实验,实验进一步证明该系统的可靠性和有效性。

Abstract:
PROFIBUS-DP field control was used in the electro hydraulic servo system which realized the distributed control.The PLC in the system configuration,and PROFIBUS-DP bus constitution were described in detail.The software implementation of DP communication was put forward.The distributed control system is of high communicating speed,reliability and good anti-jamming capabilities.Finally the experiments of position control was made.The experiment results show that it is reliable and effective.
