| 摘 要： | 在小型内燃机性能测试台中,设计了智能ISA适配卡,实现了对发动机扭矩和转速的控制。详细介绍了智能ISA卡的组成和设计,运用双闭环控制提高控制系统的稳定性,采用TMS320LF2407DSP嵌入式芯片提高系统的控制和处理能力。在软件设计中阐述了μC/OS-II嵌入式实时操作系统的移植和应用,简要介绍了利用VC 6.0,基于WinDriver设备驱动程序的开发。试验表明:该系统可实现转速、扭矩采集和控制。

| Abstract: | Intelligent ISA Card is designed for a multi-type internal-combustion engine testing platform. The control of the engine torque and speed is implemented. The construction and design of intelligent ISA Card is introduced. Double closed loops are exerted to improve system stability. TMS320LF2407DSP embedded chips are used to enhance the system controlling and processing abilities. The transplant and application of C/OS-II are described in the software design. Taking the advantages of VC , the drivers' programming based on WinDriver is introduced. Experiments show that this system can well realize the acquisition and control of speed torque. |
