高速滚子链的多冲磨损特性

摘    要:汽车链条的高速多冲特性不同于其它高速滚子链,高速下的多冲特性以及速度与载体交变特性的双重效应,对其耐磨性能提出了荷刻的要坟,而速度与载荷交变特性的影响尤为重要。销轴、套筒零件表层的抗多冲过载能力和抗多冲磨损能力以及心部的抗塑变能力和表层的循环软化与硬化特性是汽车用高速滚子链磨擦学设计的关键因素。

Abstract:The high-speed and multicycle impact characteristics of an automotive chain differ from other high-speed roller chain. The double effect of multicycle impact characteristics and speed, load fluctuant characteristics set up a stern claim of wear to automotive chain. Influence of speed and load fluctuant characteristics is most important of all. Exceed the load-carrying resistance and wear resistance for top layer of pin and bush, resistance to plastic deformation for centre of pin and bush, circular softness and hardening characteristics for top layer, they are key factors for the tribology design of the high-speed automotive chain.
