摘    要:芦荟及其制品已在化工、医药、美容、保健、食品等领域广为应用。对芦荟品种、芦荟的活性成分及其功效进行了概述,系统讨论和总结了国内外的芦荟开发利用进展,并从化妆品、药品和保健食品等方面论述了芦荟的开发利用。

Abstract:Aloe vera and its products are widely used in chemical engineering, medicine, cosmetology, health care, food and other fields. In this paper, varieties of Aloe vera and the active components obtained from Aloe vera and its remarkable efficacy are generalized.The paper systematically discussed and summarized the new progress in developing and using of Aloe vera, and its developing and using are discussed from cosmetics, medicine, functional food.
