摘    要:研究了纤维原料 (木糖渣 )的酶水解及产酒精工艺。结果表明 ,木糖渣的酶解得率受底物浓度及酶用量的影响较大 ,加入纤维二糖酶 (CB)会明显地提高酶解得率。当纤维素酶的滤纸酶活(FPA)与CB的比例为 4∶1时 ,10 %浓度的木糖渣酶解 48h还原糖得率可达 85 %~ 88%以上。同时 ,木糖渣产酒精结果表明 ,在不添加其他营养素 ,起始 pH 5 0 ,培养温度 3 2~ 3 4℃的条件下 ,10 %酶解液摇瓶发酵 3 6h ,酒精体积分数可达 2 5 13 %。按实验结果推算 ,3 98t木糖渣原料可生产 1t成品酒精。

Abstract:Hydrolysis of pretreated corn cob and ethanol fermentation from the cellulosic hydrolysate were studied?It was found that the cellulosic substrate concentration, the proportion of cellulase and cellobiase were very important to the hydrolysis of pretreated corn cob When the cellobiase and the cellulase were mixed and the ratio of FPA to cellobiase activity was 4, the hydrolysis efficiency would be about 85%~88% Under initial pH 5 0, incubation temperature 31~37℃, the results of ethanol fermentation on the cellulosic hydrolysate showed that the hydrolysate could be used directly , the adding nutrition were not necessary,and ethanol concentration could reach 2 513% in 36?h
