半干法烟气脱硫技术探讨

摘    要:阐述了半干法烟气脱硫的机理和容易出现的问题及其解决方法,分析了钙硫比、近绝热饱和温差、增湿水及烟气湿度、石灰浆液雾化粒径、进口SO2浓度、灰料再循环等主要因素对脱硫效率的影响。介绍了布袋除尘器的辅助脱硫。针对半干法脱硫剂利用率低、Ca/S高的问题,提出了几种提高脱硫剂利用率的技术。

Abstract:This paper presents mechanism and factors of semi-dry flue gas desulfurization, and solutions to the problems, and the effects of parameter on SO2 removal are investigated, such as Ca/S molar rate, approach to saturation temperature, spout water, flue gas moisture, limestone particle diameter, SO2 inlet consternation and ash recycle. And then, using hop-pocket to assist removing SO2 is also introduced. Aiming at problems that semi-dry SO2 sorbent efficiency is lower and Ca/S molar rate is high, the paper gives several technologies about advancing SO2 sorbent efficiency, in order to improve semi-dry flue gas desulfurization.
