摘    要:研究了漂白硫酸盐浆(BKP)的细纤维化程度及用量对高得率浆(HYP)性能的影响。结果表明,在HYP中添加20%的经PFI磨8万转处理的BKP使手抄片的抗张指数提高了103%、z向强度提高了80%,添加20%的经PFI磨5万转处理的BKP使手抄片撕裂指数提高了120%,说明高度细纤维化的BKP能明显改善HYP的机械强度。研究还发现,高度细纤维化的BKP对HYP的紧度和光学性能影响很小。探讨了高度细纤维化的BKP影响HYP性能的机理,发现高度细纤维化的BKP与HYP纤维形成的特殊桥联网状结构能很好地改善纤维间的结合,提高了HYP的机械强度。

Abstract:The impact fibrillating degree of BKP refining by PFI mill and the amount of fibrillated BKP on the performance of HYP was studied. The results showed that when 20% of BKP treated by PFI mill for 80 thousand revolutions added into HYP, tensile index of the hand sheet increased by 103%; z direction strength increased by 80%, and when 20% of BKP treated by PFI mill for 50 thousand revolutions added into HYP, tear index of the hand sheet increased by 120%.
