摘    要:
研究Al2O3-ZrB2-C复合材料,旨在作为金属熔体连续测温用热电偶保护管材料。主要研究了ZrB2对复合材料高温性能的影响。研究表明,随ZrB2含量增加,材料的机械强度增大。ZrB2不但能提高材料的高温性能,而且还可以起到抗氧化的作用,改善材料的抗热震性能和抗渣侵蚀性能。

Abstract:
With some unique properties, Al2O3-ZrB2-C composite materials have been designed as candidate materials on which resistances to thermal shock, slag attack, oxidation etc. are required, such as thermocouple protective tubes, protective mantels of temperature measurement devices of molten metals. The influence of ZrB2 addition on properties of the composites has thus been investigated in this work, The mechanical strength of the composites increases with ZrB2 content increasing. ZrB2 plays the roles not only in enhancing strength, but also in improving high temperature properties including oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance and slag resistance.
