摘    要:B-1井在采用高密度钻井液钻进过程中发生了含气溢流,由于未及时压井,使井下情况复杂化,最后因卡铅而被迫侧钻。简单介绍了该井发生溢流的经过及压井过程,详细分析了压井过程中出现的异常情况的原因,并提出了高压含气溢流压井时的注意事项。

Abstract:Overflow bearing gas happened while drilling B-1 Well with high density drilling fluids, with no timely shut well in, the down hole became more complicate, finally, side track was enforced for stuck pipe. This paper briefly presents the over flow case and the shut-in process, analyzes various reasons resulting in ab- normal while shutting well in detail, and brings forward considerations while control overflow bearing gas for high pressure well.
