串口通信的使用简单灵活,在很多领域有着广泛的应用。本文介绍一种基于VB与单片机串口通信的沉浸式机构智能控制教学演示台,实现了机构仿真运动视频播放与演示者的交互,使演示者能真切感受到机构的运动速度、阻力等。演示台硬件系统包括升降机构、计算机、揺柄机械装置、霍尔传感器模块、单片机控制模块、磁粉离合器、恒压源。软件系统包括VB控制程序和单片机控制程序。通过VB与单片机的串口通信实现稳定的数据传递与演示控制。

Design and Development of Teaching Demo Platform Controlled by Mechanism Based on Serial Communication between VB and MCU

Serial communication is simple and flexible. It is used in many fields. The paper introduces an immersion teaching demo platform intelligent controlled by mechanism based on serial communication between VB and MCU. The in- teraction of demonstrators and simulative mechanism motion videos is realized which can make the demonstrators feel the speed and resistance of the mechanism. The hardware system of the demo platform includes elevator machine, PC, handle device, Hall sensor module, MCU control module, magnetic powder clutch and constant voltage source. The software sys- tem includes VB control program and MCU control program. The demo platform can transfer data and control demonstration steadily via the serial communication between VB and MCU.
