摘    要:PTC发热元件是目前电热产品所采用的主要电热元件之一,但由于PTC的特性导致其在正常发热工作时的输入功率是不稳定的,故许多生产厂家不能准确的确定带PTC发热元件电热产品的额定输入功率。本文通过对检测标准的深入研究和长期检测经验的总结,得出了一套较完整的针对带PTC发热元件电热产品的额定输入功率的检测理论和实际可行的检测方法。

Abstract:PTC heating element is frequently used in heating appliances nowadays. Due to its distinctive characteristics, for appliances with a PTC heating element, the power input varies throughout the normal operating circle. Many manufacturers thus find it hard to determine the representative period over which the power input is measured. Based on a thorough investigation of testing standards and a concise summary of the past testing experience, the paper develops a complete set of testing theory and feasible testing methods for the rated power input measurement of appliances with a PTC heating element.
