上海地区污水源热泵制冷工况实验研究

摘    要:城市污水具有温度相对恒定,冬暖夏凉的特点,是一种优良的低温热源,与热泵结合具有很好的节能前景.搭建了热泵实验平台,并以上海市某污水厂的二级出水为热源,研究了污水源侧流量、用户侧流量、进口温度对制冷工况下系统性能系数的影响;基于实验数据,对系统的性能系数进行拟合,并与实际结果进行了验证.研究结果表明,系统性能系数随用户侧进口温度的增加而缓慢增加;随污水源侧流量、用户侧流量的增加而明显增加;系统性能系数的拟合结果可以较好地反映系统的实际运行工况,平均误差仅为3.35%.

Abstract:City sewage,which is an excellent low temperature heat source,has the characteristic of being relatively stable in temperature,cool in summer and warm in winter and a promising energy-saving prospect.A sewage source heat pump is constructed;the secondary effluent from the sewage plant is employed as the heat source.Based on this,the effect of the flow rate of the sewage side on the system COP under the cooling condition is studied in experiments,along with the flow rate and inlet temperature of the user side.Built on the tests data,system COP is fitted.The results show that system COP is slowly increased with the user side inlet temperature,but markedly increases with the flow rate of the sewage side and user side.The COP fitting result can well present the system actual operation with an average error of only 3.35%.
