摘    要:在线校核对于提高电网的运行水平具有重要作用,但在应用于大规模电网时,由于不满足校核要求的保护数目较多,用户很难确定这些保护定值的薄弱程度。基于此,文中以距离保护为例分析了不满足校核要求时保护不正确动作的概率,并选取相对负荷损失量度其后果,实现了当前运行方式下基于风险的定值薄弱区域在线辨识;同时,从系统运行波动角度给出了历史运行方式下的定值薄弱分析。两者相辅相成,共同为用户及时制定合理的定值维护策略提供依据。工程示例验证了该方法的合理性和可行性。

Abstract:On-line verification plays an important role in improving operation level of power grid.However,when it applies to large-scale grid,it is often difficult for users to determine the weak degree of relay settings,because many relays cannot satisfy the verification requirements.Taking distance protection for instance,the operating incorrect probability of the relays when verification standards are not met is analyzed and relative load loss is used to quantify the results.Thus the weak region on-line identification of relay settings based on risk under current operation mode can be implemented.In the meantime,the weak degree analysis of relay settings under historical operation modes from the perspective system operation fluctuation is also given.The two methods serve together to provide users with basis for timely making reasonable relay settings regulation strategy.The proposed method is verified the rationality and feasibility with one project instance.
