高温真空钎焊设备的研制

摘    要:主要介绍了真空钎焊的发展和高温合金钎焊的工艺特点。根据Inconel 718高温合金钎焊的工艺要求,高温真空钎焊设备应具有高真空度和低泄漏率、高控温精度、高温度均匀性、一定的加热速率和冷却速率等工艺性能。详细阐述了高温真空设备的结构特点和主要关键技术,包括加热室内温度的均匀性、真空度和压升率以及较高的自动化程度等。
