铜合金稀土钝化新工艺的研究

摘    要:为了提高铜合金表面抗变色能力,研发一种含稀土盐的新型铜合金钝化液,通过正交实验确定最优工艺,利用硝酸点滴法等对钝化膜耐蚀性进行测试,并用扫描电镜对表面形貌进行观测.结果表明:本工艺能够使铜合金的抗变色能力显著提高,且该工艺污染小、溶液稳定、使用寿命长.

Abstract:In order to improve corrosion resistance of copper's alloys,a passivation solution with addition of rare earth salt is developed.The optimal process is assured through the orthogonal experiments.The corrosion resistance of samples is tested by dropping nitric acid,and its exterior appearance is observed using Scanning Electronic Microscope(SEM).The results show that rare earth salt can improve the corrosion resistance of copper's alloys corrosion inhibitor greatly.The process has low pollution and long lifetime with stable solution.
