摘    要:为了给X100钢在工程中的应用提供数据参考,采用电化学方法,选用典型模拟碱性土壤溶液,通过改变Cl-浓度、浸泡时间以及极化恒电位值,研究X100钢的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明:X100钢的腐蚀为活化-钝化过程,其交流阻抗谱包括高频容抗弧和低频容抗弧,在低频段出现Warburg阻抗;CE浓度从0.15mol/L增大到0.25mol/L时,溶液中的电荷转移电阻增大,反应形成的钝化膜越来越致密,导致腐蚀速率减小;浸泡时间从2h增加到8h时,电荷转移电阻减小,导致电极表面腐蚀加剧;在-0.60~0.40V极化扫描下,电荷转移电阻明显增加,钝化膜变得致密,导致腐蚀抗力增大,腐蚀速率减小。

Abstract:Electrochemical methods were used to study the electrochemical corrosion behavior of X100 steel in the simulated alkaline soil solution by changing the Cl~ concentration, soaking time, and the potentiostatic potential, which could provide data references for the engineering application of X100 steel. Results showed that during the activation - passivation corrosion process of X100 steel, the obtained AC impedance spectroscopy included high - frequency capacitive arc and low-frequency capacitive arc, and the Warburg impedance appeared at low frequency. When the concentration of Cl~ increased from 0.15 mol/L to 0.25 mol/L, the charge transfer resistance in the solution increased, and the passivation film formed by the reaction became more and more dense, which reduced the corrosion rate. When the soaking time increased from 2 h to 8 h, the charge transfer resistance decreased, resulting in the increase of corrosion of electrode surface. Under the polarization scan of -0.60 V to 0.40 V, the charge transfer resistance significantly increased, and the passivation film became dense, which led to the increase of the corrosion resistance and the decrease of the corrosion rate.
