螺旋板壳式换热器在制冷机组冷凝器中的应用

摘    要:对中海油某浮式生产储油轮上水冷空调机中冷凝器进行螺旋板壳式和管壳式的对比试验。结果表明:在换热面积相等、冷却水的进出口温度相同的条件下,冷凝温度可由管壳式的45℃降到螺旋板壳式的32℃;压缩机能耗降低13%。试验结果与理论计算结果相近。此外,由于螺旋板壳式换热器的换热芯可以外抽,用于海上制冷机组,可减少价格昂贵的特材(钛)的消耗量;用于陆上制冷机组,可实现以铝代铜,降低冷凝器的材料购置费80%以上。

Abstract:Carries out the contrast experiment between helical plate shell heat exchanger and tube-shell one,which are used for the water cooled chiller for CNOOC's FPSO. The result shows that condensing temperature can be decreased from 45℃ (for tube-shell type) to 32℃ (for helical plate shell type) under the same heat transfer area and inlet/ outlet temperature of cooling water,the consumption of compressor about 13℃ ,which accords with the theoretical results. In addition, because the heat transfer core can be drawn out from the shell, it could save the amount of expensive titanium for offshore application, and use aluminum to replace copper for onshore application to save material cost more than 80%.
