摘 要: | 以谷氨酸、1,2-二氯乙烷及月桂酰氯为原料制备了N,N-双月桂酰基谷氨酸钠双子表面活性剂。研究了反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间对产物收率的影响。结果表明:在温度为70℃、反应时间为24 h、谷氨酸与1,2-二氯乙烷的摩尔比为2.3∶1时制备的中间体(N,N-二谷氨酸钠乙二胺)的产率达46%。在中间体(N,N-二谷氨酸钠乙二胺)与月桂酰氯的摩尔比为1∶2.8、反应温度20℃、反应时间为8 h时,产物的产率可达83%。以IR和质谱表征证实了产物的结构。

Abstract: | N, N - di - laurel acyl glutamic acid gemini surfactant was prepared from Glutamic acid ( Glu), 1,2 - dichloroethane and lauroyl chloride. The reaction conditions including mole ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of product were investigated. The results suggest that N, N - di - glutamate sodium ethylenediamine was prepared in 46% yield by using Glu and 1,2 - dichloroethane in a mole ratio of 2. 3 : 1 at 70 ℃ for 24 h. N, N - di - laurel acyl glutamic acid gemini surfactant was prepared in 83% yield by using N, N - di - glutamate sodium ethylenediamine and lauroyl chloride in a mole ratio of 1 : 2. 8 at 20 ℃ for 8 h. Structure of the product was certified by IR and mass spectrum. |
