快干制版涂料的研制

摘    要:采用马来酸酐与松香直接制备马来树脂作成膜剂,马来酸酐的加成量为15%(ω)所制得的树脂最适宜用作该涂料的成膜剂。实验表明,制备的修版涂料对35~45℃下由盐酸和氯化铜组成蚀刻液具有防腐性能,能被5%(ω)氢氧化钠溶液溶解。成份为马来树脂、混合溶剂、分散黑染料的涂料,混合溶剂按丙酮、二甲苯与二丙二醇二甲醚的溶积比为2∶1∶1时,溶解能力、涂层质量及涂料的表干时间都较为理想。

Development of Dry-rapid Coating in Plate Making

Abstract:Maleic anhydride and maleic rosin resin was used to prepare film directly, and the addition amount of maleic anhydride was 15% (00) of the resin obtained as the most suitable for forming the coating film. Experiments showed that the preparation of the revised version of the paint for the next 35 -45 ℃ consisting of hydrochloric acid and copper chloride etchant had antiseptic properties and can be dissolved with 5% (ω) solution of sodium hydroxide. Maleic resin ingredient was mixed of solvents and dispersion paint black dye. When a mixed solvent by acetone, xylene and dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether solvent volume ratio was 2 : 1 : 1, the dissolving ability, the coating quality, and table dry times were better.
