钼酸铵生产酸洗废水的治理

摘    要:调查分析了国内外目前钼酸铵酸洗废水综合治理的状况。并根据所用钼的矿型,钼的产品及生产工艺的不同,提出了钼酸铵生产酸洗废水的处理方法,指出:对于钼酸铵生产废水的治理不能仅考虑末端治理达标排放,而是要采用综合治理方案回收和利用其中钼元素和铵盐。认为较理想的处理钼酸铵生产废酸液的工艺流程应为:过滤,离子交换,中和和沉淀。

Abstract:The current status of the synthesis treatment of acid-washing wastewater from ammonium molybdate production in China and abroad was investigated and analyzed.According to the type of the molybdenum mine,the differences of molybdenum products and production processes,the treatment process of acid-washing wastewater from ammonium molybdate production was proposed.It was indicated that: treating wastewater from ammonium molybdate production should not only consider the end-treatment and insure the effluent water meet the national discharge standard,but use the synthesis treatment scheme to reclaim and reuse the molybdenum element and ammonium salt.It was considered that the optimal process for the treatment of acid-washing wastewater from ammonium molybdate production should be: filtration,ion-exchange,neutralization and sedimentation.
