蒸发冷凝法制备纳米粉体反应容器中的温度场研究

摘    要:采用自行研制的纳米粉体的试验装置,制备了表面包覆的金属(合金)纳米粉体。对真空反应容器中的温度场进行了数值模拟,并从温度场的角度对纳米粉体的制备工艺进行探讨。研究表明,加大电弧加热功率,可加快蒸发速率,但过高的功率将对纳米粉体的生成造成不利影响;采用本文的冷却结构,水冷已有较好的冷却效果,若换用更强的冷却介质如液氮,则需对装置的结构进行更新。

Abstract:Surface-covered metal(alloy) nano-powder was prepared by using the experimental device made by ourselves.Numerical simulation of the temperatare field in a vacuum reactor of the device was carried out,and from the perspective of temperatare the process of preparing nano-powder was discussed.The research indicates that its evaporation rate increases with the increase of arc-heating power.However,too much power does harm to nano-powder formation.The use of the cooling structure presented in the paper,on its own,produces rather good cooling effects,but the use of stronger cooling medium such as liquid nitrogen needs to change the structure of the device.
