摘    要:以电视机透明支柱实体塑料件为例,在三维模流分析理论研究的基础上确定塑料件质量评价指标为体积收缩率。影响质量的工艺参数为模具温度、熔体温度、注射时间、保压压力、保压时间和冷却时间。结合正交实验法、CAE分析及数据处理技术,确定各工艺参数对塑料件质量的影响及最优工艺方案。

Abstract:Take TV transparent pillar for example,volume shrinkage was selected as evaluation of the quality of plastic parts based on the theory of three-dimensional mold flow analysis.Mold temperature,melt temperature,injection time,packing pressure,packing time and cooling time were process parameters which affected the quality of injection molded parts.Orthogonal experiment,CAE analysis and data processing techniques were used in order to find out the best process solution and the relationship between process parameters and quality of injection molded parts.
