高温处理对热电池正极材料氯化镍性能的影响

摘    要:研究了高温处理工艺对热电池正极材料氯化镍性能的影响;用扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)和X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)分析了处理前后材料结晶状态的差异。分析了处理前后材料的理化性能,结果表明,处理后晶体重新晶格排序,材料各项指标均有所改善。以高温处理粉作正极制备的热电池比以真空烘干粉作正极制备的热电池在放电平台电压、工作时间和电池内阻等方面性能更好。

Abstract:The characteristic changes of NiCl2 as the cathode material of thermal battery after high temperature treating was studied. The difference of crystal structure between before and after treating materials was researched by SEM and XRD. The physical and chemical characters of two kinds of materials were tested. The results suggest that the crystal lattice is readjusted in this process and the performance is all improved.
