电炉冶炼20MnSi取消还原期工艺分析

摘    要:
介绍碱性电弧炉冶炼20MnSi取消还原期的工艺操作要点。对取消还原期后的成份控制和钢质量进行分析后认为,只操作合理,取消还原期不仅能缩短冶炼时间、降低电耗,而且可减少钢中的气体含量,同时也有利于炉衬及炉盖寿命的延长。

Abstract:
This paper introduces the instructions for operation of basic electric furnace smelting 20MuSt with cancelling reduction period. After having analyzed the composition control and steel quality with cancelling reduction period, it is considered that,if operation process is normal, cancellation of reduction period can not only reduce smelting time and the power consumption, but alos decrease gas content in steel. Meanwhile it can also help to prolong the lifetime of lining and the roof.
