大型电解槽温度管理

摘    要:
以贵阳铝镁设计研究院92台280kA电解槽和沈阳铝镁设计研究院182台280kA电解槽为基础,研究了大型槽温度变化规律以及与诸多因素的关系,公布了最佳电解质温度研究结果,并且在生产实践中得到了验证。同时对其它槽型提出了建议.具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:
Based on 92 280kA reduction cells designed by GAMI and 182 280kA reduction cells designed by SAMI, the paper studies the rule of temperature variation of large aluminum reduction cell and the relation among many factors. It also indicated the latest result of optimum temperature of bath, which has been proven. At the same time, it put forward suggestions for the other type of cell for reference.
