中小学建筑应用柱顶隔震技术的有关问题分析

Analysis on Correlated Problem with Isolation Technology on the Top of Columns for Elementary and Middle Schools Architecture

There is few engineering application for buildings which apply isolation technology on the top of first columns.This article discusses on scheme selection of isolation technology on the top of columns taking multistory frame structure with open ground-floor space of elementary and middle schools architecture as background.Meanwhile,the related structure and constitution design and engineering comprehensive benefits are discussed.Analysis shows that reasonable selection of substructure scheme(independent column and the frame column with pull beam) can ensure structure safety and not affect the use of the space of the open floor..The result provides a reference for the construction of similar base-isolated buildings.
