大型露天金属矿爆破的事故树分析

应用安全系统工程,引入事故树分析方法,对金属矿山爆破的常见事故案例进行了事故树分析,并绘制了爆破事故树分析图与事故树成功树分析图,在此基础上找出爆破事故的最小割集、最小径集,最后对其结构重要度进行了分析,以便掌握爆破事故的原因、规律,为今后的爆破设计、施工、和爆破安全管理提供科学合理的依据,同时提出防范爆破事故,提高爆破效果的技术措施,确保金属矿山爆破工作安全进行。

Fault Tree Analysis on Blasting Operations at Large-scale Open Metal Mines

The security system engineering was applied and the fault tree analysis method of metal mine blasting was introduced.The common accident cases were analyzed by the accident tree,and the blasting accident tree and the successful case tree were successfully drawn.Based on this,the minimum cut set and path set were found out,and finally the structure importance was analyzed so as to grasp the reason and the law of the accident.This can provide a scientific and reasonable basis for blasting design,implementation,and blasting safety management.Meanwhile,the blasting prevention measures and some technical measures to improve blasting effect were put forward to ensure blasting goal in metal mine.
