| 摘 要： | 系统介绍了一种AC-DC电源管理方案,给出了该芯片的电路工作原理和设计方法.该电路包括PWM控制器、过流、过热、过压保护功能、自动重启动功能,具有效率高,外围元件少等特点,最后给出了仿真结果.

| Abstract: | An integrated switch is presented in this article. The internal functions that have beenintegrated into the chip include the pulse width modulator(PWM),oscillator, tart-up bias-voltagesource,cycle-by-cycle current limit,thermal-shutdown, auto-start and gate driver. We analyseits internal circuitry basing on computer simulation,and give the result of simulation. |
