长钢高炉喷煤系统设计及生产实践

摘    要:长钢高炉喷煤系统主要由备煤系统、制粉系统、喷吹系统和向8#高炉输煤的管道组成,总结了高炉喷煤技术的进步.通过对制粉设备、喷吹设备以及煤种选择、高炉操作等方面的探索和改进,重点解决了制约煤粉产量、输送和风口前燃烧状况的难题,在远距离输送和浓相输送喷吹方面取得了突破性进展,实现了1 600m远距离输送,中间无加压装置,浓相输送固气比达到80 kg/m3.4座高炉煤比均达到200 kg/t,并且稳定保持在190 kg/t以上.

Abstract:Changzhi Steel blast furnace coal injection system consists of coal preparation system, coal pulverizing system, injection system and coal transporting of the pipeline to the No.8 blast furnace. This article summed up the design of coal injection and coal ratio from 120 kg/t leap to 200 kg/t. Through the exploration and improvement of the milling and injection equipment, as well as coal choice and blast furnace operation, focused on solving the problems of constraint pulverized coal production, transmission and combustion in front of tuyere. A breakthrough progress in the long-distance transmission and dense phase injection conveying has been made to achieve the 1 600 m distance carder without intermediate compression devices, and dense phase conveying solid-gas ratio reached 80 kg/m^3. Four blast furnaces coal ratio reached 200 kg/t, and remained steady at 190 kg/t above.
