摘    要:针对交流发光二极管(AC LED)直接与市电连接存在效率低、谐波含量高以及频闪的问题,提出一种交流发光二极管(AC LED)驱动电源。提出的驱动电源采用单级图腾柱无桥结构,并辅之高频方波驱动策略,具有使用元件少、控制简单的优点。理论分析和实验证明:提出的驱动电源在输入电压10%波动范围内,效率大于90%,功率因素大于0.95,且无任何频闪。

Abstract:Alternating Current Light Emitting Diode(AC-LED)works in declined efficiency and with high harmonic content and flickers when it is directly linked with the commercial power. This paper puts forward an AC-LED driver power supply, which uses fewer elements and can be easily controlled by adopting a bridgeless structure of single-stage totem poles with the driving strategy of high frequency square wave. Theory analysis and experiments have shown: within the 10% fluctuation of input voltage and with the driver power supply put forward in the paper, AC-LED works in the efficiency of more than 90%, with power factor above 0.95 and no flicker.
