| 摘 要： | 大容量油罐车运输油料已经成为发展趋势，而现阶段石油库的装油鹤管长度不够，在给大容量油罐车发油时形成喷溅式发油，造成安全隐患。消除该隐患必须从发油鹤管、静电接地装置、发油速度三个方面进行改进。

| Abstract: | Transportation of oil products by large tank cars is becoming popular. Currently, deficiency in filling flash neck' s length results in sputter and resulting hidden perils when filling large tank cars at oil depots. Improvements in filling flash neck, static grounding device and filling rate are needed to remove the hidden perils. |
