镍造锍熔炼过程及伴生元素行为的计算机模型

摘    要:借助于多相多成份系统平衡计算,开发了硫化镍矿造锍熔炼过程的数学模型,对卡尔古利镍闪速炉的实际生产操作进行了模拟,并将预测结果与实际生产数据进行了比较,吻合得较好.热力学计算表明:在镍熔炼过程中,Ni,Co,Cu,Fe,S,O等在冰镍、渣相和气相中的分配取决于操作条件和热力学量,如熔炼温度、炉料成份、风矿比、富氧浓度及各组份在体系各相中的活度系数.

Abstract:By using numerical technique for equilibrium in multicomponent and multiphase systems, a computer model has been developed to simulate the process of nickel flash smelting process. The primary assumption of the model is that six phases in the nickel flash smelting furnace are in chemical equilibrium. The amounts of each component in matte, slag and gaseous phases under equilibrium are calculated by using the data of free energies of formation and activity coefficients of components. Two nickel sulfide species are considered to allow for the modeling of sulfur-deficient mattes. The prediction by the present computer model is compared with the available data. The agreement between the computerprediction and the data is excellent, such that the present computer model can be used to monitor and optimize the actual industrial operations of nickel flash smelting process. The distribution behavior of Ni, Co, Cu, Fe, S, O, C, H, SiO 2, MgO in nickel smelting process is basically dependent on the process factors such as temperature, air flow rate, elemental composition of the charge and oil.
