历史街区原真性保护与历史建筑资源整合利用——以武汉市黎黄陂路历史街区为例

以中国历史文化名城武汉市黎黄陂路历史街区为研究对象，开裂了历史街区建筑资源分布实地调查，进行了历史街区资源保护利用的有效性评价和差异性评价，建立了历史街区原真性保护利用机制，提出了历史街区原真性保护利用项目的启动途径和实施要素，制定了历史街区的资源整合图景，提出了历史街区可持续保护与利用的发展要素激活方法。

Authenticity Conservation for Historical Block and Integration and Utilization for Historical Architecture Resource——Taking the Historical Block of Lihuangpi Road of Wuhan City as Example

In this paper, the historical block of Lihuangpi road, located in Wuhan city, one of the Chinese historical culture cities, was regarded as a research object; the resource distribution of historical block was investigated based on-the-spot; the validity and discrepancy appraises of resource protection and utilization for historical block were carried on; the mechanism of authenticity conservation for historical block was set up; the start-up methods and implement key elements for protection and utilization project of historical block wear constructed; the integration prospect of historical block resource was established; and the promoting strategies of developmental key elements for sustainable conservation and utilization of historical block was made.
