摘    要: 针对GCr15轴承钢线棒材生产时易出现的内部组织不均匀及低倍组织缺陷的传统均温轧制无法解决的问题,提出了基于非均匀温度场的均匀化轧制技术。采用DEFORM有限元软件模拟了非均匀温度场条件下GCr15轴承钢线棒材的孔型轧制,并与传统的均温轧制方式进行对比。此外,利用Gleeble热模拟技术对非均温轧制模拟结果进行了试验验证。结果表明,非均温轧制可以有效增加GCr15轴承钢心部变形量,细化心部组织,可以明显改善GCr15轴承钢线棒材轧制过程中出现的内部组织不均匀及低倍组织缺陷问题。

Abstract:Aim to improve the uneven internal organization and low magnification microstructure defects in GCr15 steel,which could not be solved by the conventional way,the rolling technology based on non-uniform temperature field was proposed in the current study. Under non-uniform temperature field,the rolling process of GCr15 steel was simulat-ed by using DEFORM finite element software and compared with the conventional way. Besides,the Gleeble physical simulation technology was employed to validate the simulation results. The results of simulation and experiment show that the deformation and the fined structure at the center were increased and the problem of the uneven internal organiza-tion and low magnification microstructure defects of GCr15 steel were improved by rolling technology base on non-uni-form temperature field.
