摘    要:上海电气上重铸锻有限公司根据ZG13Cr9Mo2Co1NiVNbNB钢种的成分要求,制定了冶炼试制的生产工艺。试制生产结果表明:通过采取使用烘烤至350℃的铬铁,在B合金化前加入0.2kg/t钢的Ti-Fe和0.5kg/t钢的稀土等工艺措施,能使钢水进入LF时w(N])≤160×10~(-6),B合金化一次性进入内控范围。ZG13Cr9Mo2Co1NiVNbN钢产品钢水成分符合内控成分要求,各项性能检测符合规范。

Abstract:Based on the composition requirements of ZG13Cr9Mo2Co1NiVNbNB steel,Shanghai Electric Heavy Casting & Forging Co.Ltd.formulated the trial production process of the steel.Trial production results showed that the mass fraction of N in molten steel was not more than 160 × 10-6 in LF process and the content of B was successfully controlled into the range of internal control for just once alloying of B,through the process of using the ferrochrome baked to 350 ℃ and adding 0.2 kg Ti-Fe and 0.5 kg Re2O3 per ton steel before B alloying.The trial steel accorded with its internal control in composition and its required properties.
