| 摘 要： | 提出并设计以发电充裕度为基础的电网供需预警评价防范体系，通过对电力供应预警指标进行监测，全面综合反映电网的电力供需平衡状况．及时进行预警、预报和采取防范措施，提高电网风险管理水平，指导电力系统的安全、稳定、经济运行。

| Abstract: | In this paper, an early-warning system and indexes of power supply risk based on reliability analysis is presented and designed. According to monitor indexes of power supply risk, it reflects the operating situation of the power grid comprehensively, and predicts, warns and makes suitable risk decision. It will raise the level of risk management, and ensure the power system running safely and steady and economic. |
