摘    要:
结合响应面法和遗传算法的原理及应用,以回归统计方法建立了淬硬模具钢高速铣削表面粗糙度的响应面模型,通过遗传算法得到最优的切削工艺参数组合,为高速加工切削参数的选择和表面质量的控制提供了一种有效的方法。

Abstract:
Combined with the principle and application of the response surface method and genetic algorithm,the cold die surface roughness of high speed milling response surface model has been established using the return to statistical method and then the optimal cutting process parameter combination are got through analysing the genetic algorithm,which provides a kind of effective method for high speed processing cutting parameter selection and surface quality control.
