| 摘 要： | 阐述了藏族安多地区的地理、历史,分析了安多地区民族体育运动和文化特征,指出其体育旅游开发和增强民族凝聚力等社会价值,特别是丰富的文化内涵和独特的健身价值使其在全民健身、学校体育、竞技运动和体育旅游等方面具有广阔的开发潜力。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the geography and history of Anduo Tibetan areas,analyzes the national sports and cultural characteristics in Anduo areas and points out the social values such as sports tourist development and the increasing of national cohesion.Its rich cultural connotation and the particular health value especially make it have wide potential for development in aspects like nationwide fitness,school physical education,competitive sports and sports tourism. |
