摘    要:本文阐述了一种新颖、先进的采用永磁同步伺服电机驱动的剑杆织机控制系统的设计思路与方法。控制器采用ARM和CPLD的架构,处理器采用基于Cortex-M3内核的STM32芯片,硬件电路采用光藕隔离设计,主控板与各子模块之间采用CAN通讯,使得整个系统处理速度快、可靠性高、可扩展性强。该控制器与伺服系统及永磁同步伺服电机相结合,显著提高了控制精度,使得布匹品质大大提升。经实验证明,整个系统具有低能耗、易控制、故障率低等优点。

Design of Total-Servo Control System of Rapier-Loom Based on ARM and CPLD
Abstract:This paper introduces the design idea and method of a new,advanced type of Total-Servo control system of the rapier-loom to drive permanent magnet synchronous servo motor.The ARM and CPLD is applied in system architecture.Its processor is based on STM32 which uses Cortex-M3 kernel,the hardware circuits are of optical coupling isolation design,and the CAN communication is used between the main controller and sub modules.These,designs make the whole system speedy,reliable,expansible and robust.By combining the controller and servo system,the system precision can be remarkably improved,and the quality of cloth is therefore improved.Experiments show that the system is energy-saving,easy-operating,low failurerate.
