改性纤维球滤料的工业性试验研究

针对低渗透油田对注水水质的要求 ,开发了一种改性纤维球滤料 ,并利用GLW 2 0 / 0 6改性纤维球过滤器在江汉油田马 - 36联合站进行现场工业性试验。试验结果表明 ,改性纤维球滤料亲水疏油 ,对水中污油具有拦截过滤作用 ,当进水含油质量浓量≤ 2 0mg/L时 ,除油效果可达90 % ;该滤料对水中悬浮物也有很好的去除效果 ,当进水悬浮物质量浓度≤ 2 0mg/L时 ,出水悬浮物≤ 1mg/L ;改性纤维球滤料可采用叶轮搅拌加水反冲洗再生 ,反洗周期 2 4h较合适 ;研制的改性纤维球过滤器可满足低渗透油田对注水水质的要求。

Industrial test of modified fibrous globule filtering material

According to the requirement of the quality of injected water for low-permeability oilfield, a modified fibrous globule filtering material is developed. Industrial test of the filter with the modified fitering material is made in Jianghan Oil field. The result of the test shows that, the oil removal rate reaches 90% when the oil content in water at the the inlet is not more than 20 mg/L; the content of the suspended solid in water at the outlet is not more than 1 mg/L when the suspended solid cut in water at the inlet not more 20 mg/L. The modified fibrous globule filtering material can be regenerated by means of back washing with a cycle of 24 h. The test filtering material is proved suitable for filtering operation in oilfield water injection.
