| 摘 要： | 为了获得产品设计中质量控制的最优化 ,提出了基于公理化设计的QFD集成系统模型 ,讨论了集成QFD质量屋的结构及集成系统的实施过程。以四工位自动机床转位机构设计为例 ,详细介绍了此集成系统的应用。实例表明 :该模型能有效地控制和优化产品设计质量 ,提高设计的正确性、全面性和可靠性

| Abstract: | In order to obtain the optimal quality control, an integrated model of axiomatic design and QFD is established in product design. The structure of quality house and the integrated system implementation process are discussed. A case study for the design of displaced mechanism of a four working place automaton, and the use of the integrated model is introduced in detail. Analyses show that it is effective for controlling and optimizing product design quality, and for increasing the accuracy and reliability of design. |
