| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the current employment situation, the problems which affiliated colleges confront are concluded. The solution is to meet the demand of job martket from teaching faculty, students, schoolenterprise cooperation. Therefore, the way to develop affiliated colleges is to adopt the employment-oriented applied teaching philosophy. |
