基于ANSYS的斜齿面齿轮传动的弯曲应力分析

摘    要:给出了斜齿面齿轮齿面的一般方程,建立了面齿轮传动的三齿几何模型,形成了圆柱齿轮和面齿轮的有限元分析模型,研究了在不同参数(齿数、模数、齿宽和螺旋角)条件下,在齿顶受载时两齿轮的弯曲应力分布规律;分析了外力作用位置沿齿长方向变化时两齿轮所受弯曲应力的分布规律,并对比了螺旋角变化时弯曲应力的变化规律,得出了相应的结论.

Abstract:The generation of tooth profile of face-gear with helical pinion is studied,the modeling of three-tooth on face-gear drive,and finite element model of the pinion and face-gear is made.The analysis of the bending stress of face-gear drive on different parameters is made.The influence of the force location and helix angle on the bending stresses of pinion and face-gear is discussed,and corresponding conclusions are drawn.
