摘    要:在私人汽车普及的背景下,针对居住区普遍存在的行人空间被挤占、邻里关系冷漠、人车矛盾日益尖锐的现象,我国的居住区道路交通规划应基于人车共存的理念,从行车速度控制、交通流量控制和路边停车控制三个目标出发,合理配置居住区居民交通和交往空间,保障行人的交通安全,创造人车和谐的居住区环境。

Abstract:Rising levels of car ownership increases the demand for vehicular circulation space in residential neighborhoods. This causes conflict with the demand for pedestrian circulation space, inflames opposition to the automobile, and negatively affects interpersonal relationships in the neighborhood.
