| 摘 要： | 讨论了多种网络组织的关系,特别是对企业组织间的相互关系进行了分析;在科技-经济、社会-文化、竞争和合作等状况的基础上,比较了形态A、形态B、形态C和形态D4种不同的合作形态;分析了产业网络分工和组织内部的网络化过程;指出了产业合作的水平合作、垂直分工和共生合作3种模式和组织内部网络化的4个阶段。

| Abstract: | The relations in the networks are discussed and the inter-relation between the business organizations is analyzed.Based on the state of science technology-economic,society-culture and competition-cooperation,the four patterns of co-operation including pattern A,pattern B,pattern C and pattern D are compared.The labor division and procedure of networkzation in the organization are discussed.Four stages involved in the inside networked course and three models including horizontal cooperation,vertical labor division and intergrowth cooperation are put forward. |
