国产精细控压钻井系统在蓬莱9井试验与效果分析

摘    要:精细控压钻井是解决窄密度窗口安全钻井问题的新技术之一,其目的是精确控制环空压力剖面,实现井底压力的恒定控制。介绍了自主研发的PCDS-I精细控压钻井系统装备特点、现场试验与应用情况。该系统整体运行稳定、无故障,经受住了现场工况的考验,实现了恒定井底压力控制和微流量控制,钻进过程中,系统回压控制精度达到0.2 MPa,接单根、起下钻过程中,系统回压控制精度达到0.5 MPa。
