基于FMECA的斜井(巷)串车运输系统安全分析

摘    要:近年来斜井(巷)跑车事故的发生率在矿井运输事故中占有较大比重,不但影响矿井生产,还严重危及人身安全。应用FMECA方法,对斜井(巷)串车运输系统的故障类型及危害程度进行分析,找出导致斜巷运输产生事故的原因,并提出预防事故的相应措施,以提高斜井(巷)串车运输系统的安全可靠性。

Abstract:In recent years,the inclined shaft(Lane) the race car accident's formation rate held the great proportion in mine pit transpor accident,not only affect mine production,but also seriously endangered the personal safety.Application of FMECA method,analyzes on fault type and degree of hazard of inclined(Lane) series car transport system,identify the leading cause of the accident shaft produced,and pointe accident prevention measures for improving the shaft(Lane) series cars transportation system safety and reliability.
