螺纹板成形工艺及模具设计

介绍了冲压工艺中的拉深、镦挤工艺。通过加工工艺方案的确定,拉深、镦挤工艺成形的计算,拉深、镦挤成形模的设计和多次拉深、镦挤工艺的成形分析,给出了螺纹板成形的计算、原则、过程和方法。设计了拉深模具。该模具的凹模采用硬质合金,不但极大地提高了模具的寿命,还有利于加工凹模圆角半径的粗糙度达到镜面。在模具结构中增加了上顶杆(上打料棒),便于工件脱离。补充设计了限位柱,对于模具的正常工作和工件内部的材料流动起到了重要的作用。

Forming process and die design of thread plate

The drawing and upsetting-extruding process in stamping process were introduced in this paper.By comfirming the processing technology scheme,calculating the forming of drawing and upsetting-extruding process,designing forming die for drawing and upsetting-extruding process and analyzing the forming process of multiple drawing and upsetting-extruding process,the calculation,principle,process and method of the forming process for thread plate were given in this paper.The drawing die was designed.And the die o...
