大吨位箕斗斗箱有限元(APDL)分析

摘    要:针对某煤矿设备厂所设计的50t曲轨卸载箕斗,通过微元法推导出箕斗斗箱侧壁所受压力与深度之间的关系,利用ANSYS中的APDL语言,在ANSYS中进行建模,根据深仓理论对箕斗的4个面进行加载,得出箕斗在匀速提升状态下和加速提升状态下箕斗斗箱的的变形量,研究其是否会影响箕斗正常使用,避免卡罐现象的产生,为后续大型卸载箕斗的设计提供理论指导。

Abstract:A coal plant for the design of curved rail unloading skip of 50 t,micro-element method is derived by the skip bucket box side wall suffered the relationship between pressure and depth,using ANSYS APDL language model in the ANSYS.According to theory of deep positions of the four faces of the loaded skip,skip obtained under the uniform to enhance and accelerate the upgrading skip bucket box under the deformation to study whether it would affect the normal use of the skip to avoid stucking cage phenomenon,for the subsequent design of large-scale unloading skip theoretical guidance.
